Highsteppin’ Productions, LLC is an independent artist management company founded by Philip Stepanian in 2006, located in Somerville, MA.

Representing only extraordinary artists, Highsteppin’ Productions strives to provide each client with a personal and customized approach to managing their career. We work directly with our artists to design a specific career plan to maximize each individual artist’s opportunities for success in the industry. New Orleans’ award-winning, brass funk rock band, Bonerama, was the first artist to become a Highsteppin’ client.

Highsteppin’ Productions offers its clients a wide range of services including artist management, booking, publicity, recording, publishing, licensing, tour management, merchandising and marketing.

Our staff is a dedicated group of professionals with first-hand experience in music management, marketing and technology. We also work with music intern programs from Berklee School of Music, Northeastern University and others offering student internships throughout the year.
